Our large flat for 4-6 persons offers 2 bedrooms with double bed including TV, kitchen with electric cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining table, a living room with fireplace, sofa bed & TV, a spacious bathroom with shower & bathtub and a separate WC.
Flat 2
Our smaller flat is perfect for families between 2-4 people. Here you can make yourself comfortable in one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. In addition, there is a cosy sofa bed available. We also offer a kitchen with electric cooker, oven, coffee maker, dining table & couch in the living area including TV.

Our farm is located far away from the hustle and bustle between lush green meadows and pristine mountain forests. We offer Rest and recreation for adults and at the same time powerful Fun for children. Animals Watching makes you tired - perfect for this are our cosy flats, where relaxation is guaranteed.
A place for children
Due to its location between Neuberg and Filzmoos, our farm is ideally suited as a starting point for numerous activities. The village centre is only 2 km away, which is why you can also easily reach it on foot via the Child-friendly Bärtlsweg can reach. There is even gymnastics equipment waiting here, Swings, balancing poles and large Playgrounds to you and your children!
